We’re Ultra® Accountancy – a Chartered Certified accountancy practice in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, working with service-based businesses across the UK.

Not only has Martin been extremely easy and understanding to work with – scheduing calls, meetings and being in touch with me when I have been in various time zones. He has also really helped me see how I can save money by doing a few simple things, he keeps things straightforward and easy to understand.
Martin is lovely to chat to, extremely proffessional and I finally feel like I can fully trust my accountant and his team.
Not to mention – the software Ulta Accountacy uses is brilliant. So straight forward and easy, one quick photo of a receipt and my job is done! No strange accountancy format with lots of numbers, just a simple app that is very user friendly.

I phoned this accountants purely at random and in desperate hopes that someone would just give me some last minute advice. I’m on maternity leave and unfortunately had to leave my partner so my financial situation is not what it was. I was in sheer panic when trying to do my first ever self assessment online as idiot here had left it until the night before. Low and behold an angel called Amy (director) phoned me back (after she had finished work). She spent over an hour of her personal time supporting me and figuring things out for me. She literally went through it all with me and worked it all out for me – all whilst I was tearful on the other end of the phone. Amy was so kind and supportive to me and I will never forget how she helped me today. I was panicking about debt, getting into trouble with HMRC and snowballing with money issues. Amy showered me in genuine human compassion – not something you experience in this day and age anymore. Amy even phoned me back to ask me to update her so she had peace of mind on my situation.
